PR Housing

Situated in the west side entrance to the city of Iasi, the PR housing development aims to revive a site that is clustered with historical buildings. The site is characterised by a sloping terrain, mid century monuments and low rise residential. In the middle of the development lies the class B historical monument, a element that predetermines the position of the two residential blocks.

SUN PATH
The high rise block has a void that allows light to pass through and project on the main facade of the historical monument.

PROGRAM
The development features low rise and high rise housing and also an art gallery,small shops, kindergarten and a restaurant below.

INTERIOR PATHS
Functions can be accessed from both the upper and down street and feature underground parking.
