T.U. Iasi Rectorship
The project is located near the central area of Iasi and consists of two main buildings, a seven story office high-rise and a two story low-rise comprised of three teaching units and one large conferece room.The rehabilitation process consists of changing the exterior envelope system on all facades and adding a new curtain wall cube-like structure over the main lobby and reception area. In the main lobby area a new exterior panoramic elevator system is proposed for the high-rise building. At the entrance a new totem display and resting places are also featured.
